Anyone else here use it? I love it but I don't know anyone else on it! I want to find some friends who can help me find new music, now that I don't work at Hot Topic anymore!

Has anyone seen the new last.fm.
It's OK. But I want my option to "paint it black" again. All this red burns my eyes.

This is mine. I should give you a warning that my tastes skew towards indie rock and britpop.

I'm DynamiteKid156 on there, feel free to add me as a friend or some s**t. I don't use it for recommendations, though, I just love to keep track of what I listen to.

I agree. I suppose after a while I'll get used to it.

I'm on there as well. I've been using it for a couple of months now. Feel free to add me as a friend... I don't have very many on there.

Okay, I added all of you! I seem to have very low music compatibility with all of you but I like almost anything so I'm sure I can find some new stuff :D

Sorry, larree, I have enough trouble keeping track of this one site :P

I used to just use it for keeping track of what I listen to, but it sucks going from hearing new music every day to only hearing what you already know. So I needed something to help me find new stuff.

And I agree, the red is awful. I want something less bright!

"Your music compatability with Nek0wafer is: LOW. You share some artists in common including: The Strokes, The Cure, Muse, New Order, and The Shins"

Oh well, that's still quite a few groups we have in common. However, looking through your I noticed a few other groups I also listen to (David Bowie, theSTART, Stellastar*, Mindless Self Indulgence, MGMT, The Dresden Dolls), and anyone who's a fan of New Order is cool in my book.

I think part of the 'problem' with our music compatibility is that I listen to the other stuff more than that music. Lots of industrial stuff. Not to say that I love the music you like any less! I think it just depends on what I listen to most often.

But I haven't been on this site too long, maybe a month and a half, so things should change after I've been there longer and when I can listen to my ipod more(when I work again).

Yes. I like alot of indie rock and britpop.
Really, you'll love this site. I actual scrobble directly from my personal library some 1,300+ songs on my WinAMP and I scrobble music whenever i am on the computer. I am basically never not listening to music.

I'm dbenek03 on there...I listen to a ton of stuff on repeat, depending on the mood I'm in...and it doesn't truly represent what I like. If it did, Led Zep would be my first artist with three billion or so plays.

It used to be that I never really stopped listening to music, but now I don't have my own computer, and this one's in the livingroom where my sister's is. So I can't listen to music most of the time because she wouldn't be able to hear her computer games, plus she hates most of what I like. Bleh.

And I added you too silly rabbi :D

if you guys use firefox someone has made a paint it black thing for stylish, though they will probably put it back up on the site soon

i personally have no preference, the new one seems ok though all the "bring back the old last.fm" spam is pissing me off

How do you get the pie chart that shows what music genre's you like?

Oh yes. That's something called Musickum. You post the code (The OMI+MMT one) in your about me section. I'd also pick the standard layout too, because it's easier to see.

This is the link to it. Simply put in your username and the security code doohickey and viola.
