Do you ever find yourself unconsciously singing along to music to you like? I do it all the time, haha. Originally I'd stop myself because I thought I'd scare people but as I've started to get used to it, it helps me appreciate the music a lot more (And my singings got better :o!). It's hard to find stuff that's comfortable in my range though, seeing as how I'm a bass and a lot of the music I listen to is designed for high tenors (see: Bruce Dickinson) but it's still a lot of fun though. Wouldn't catch me doing it in public though :P

One thing I do constantly is "sing" along to the instruments. Can be pretty fun trying to hum fast enough to recreate a guitar solo :P

Yup! And more often than not, just tunes that I have stuck in my head rather than anything actually playing :D

Air guitar, air drumming, you name it I do it. That and headbanging. Oh and you should see my eye contortion and other stupid faces when something awesome is being played :P

Haha, yeah, I've got some pretty embarrasing pictures of when I actually play the keyboard... inevitably I've got some really messed-up horrible expression on my face :P

I do that, but not often because I don't like to cover up the sound of the music I listen to.

So I lip-sync, headbang and randomly tap my hand to represent... something. I have no idea why I do the hand tapping thing, it can be the drums, guitar, anything.

I tend to have either the music loud enough or my own humming/singing quiet enough so that they don't drown eachother out. The more I do it, the better a harmony I seem to get. Recently I've noticed I've been humming/recreating virtually every guitar or bass line, haha. Gives me something to do while I'm reading and listening I suppose.

Singing along is how I taught myself to sing, and how I continue to train my voice.

Air guitar champ here. And I play guitar so I know how to make it look realistic even if I can't play for real what I'm pretending to play. I specialize in air solos.
Haven't done much with singing, but an increased interest in hiphop has me spitting Biggie Smalls lyrics from time to time.
