OK, if Harry Potter and Artemis Fowl ever fought each other, who would win? My vote is Fowl, because he can really play dirty and doesn't care about following the rules. Potter, on the other hand, is too neutral good to play dirty.

Artemis Fowl. Harry has magic powers, but Artemis is an evil genius. Popularity-wise, Harry Potter would win because he has more fans.

Artemis Fowl, because he is far more willing to play dirtier than Harry Potter. That being said, as he is now, he would probably prefer an alliance.

Harry Potter overcame a dark wizard and knows magic.
Artemis Fowl overcame societies of mythical creatures multiple times, manipulated magic, science, and time itself to chieve his own goals, and has Butler.
Harry Potter refuses to cast any curses, and so Artemis could probably out-magic or out-gun him.

Artemis would win on a large scale battlefield with ally aid. Potter is far more self-sufficient and could cast sectum sempra among other things and with nowhere and no one to hide behind (a "fair" fight) Harry Would mop the floor with Arty.

Artemis would win in a battle of wits, Harry would win in a fight (magic or no magic) but more than likely the two would team up and conker the world.

Naw Harry is a goody good, he would never choose to align himself with Arty under anything but false pretenses or to defeat a greater evil.
