I won a 45 single LP at a school carnival back in the early 80's. I haven't heard it in about 25 years, but would like to try to find the song for memory's sake. So, people here with odd memories, anybody remember this? It was a single, "Doctor Doctor" on one side and "Let's Stop the Fight" on the other. I don't remember either artist, I was a little kid. I want "Doctor Doctor". Here's all the lyrics I can remember, probably not quite right. Like I said, it's been about 25 years:

I typed some of the lyrics into Google, and this thread was the first result!

I looked around, with no luck. There's a few songs I can't find that I'd like to. I know how frustrating it is.

The only 80's Doctor doctor song I know is Robert Palmer: Bad Case Of Loving You.

Yeah, I've tried every kind of searching I could think of, with no results. Apparently he wasn't popular. Well, maybe someone who knows will eventually stumble accross this.....

have got a song with 'doctor doctor' in the words playing in head and the voice sounds a bit rick astley?

have searched it on discogs anyway and it's come up with the Thompson Twins,have just downloaded it and it was the one playing in head,is this also the one are thinking of?

I think I've checked that one before... I don't kow, do the lyrics match? I know I've got them pretty close.

with the quotes. and it comes up as a reported virus attack site, but if you look at google's cache of it you get:

good luck finding a copy - there's nothing about Linda Gayle Cupit on the internet.

I was a little kid, I didn't care who sang it, so I probably never even noticed the name.
