Hi, Pandabear. I don't know which country you're from, but to understand the humour of this performance it helps to be Australian. The Chooky Dancers are young Aboriginal men from an isolated community. They begin their performances with a traditional Aboriginal dance, in full ochre bodypaint, then switch to much less traditional performances, like the Greek Zorba Dance. I think they're great and representative of how multicultural Australia is, (although our Aboriginal people have faced a lot of discrimination).
Note that this performance was recorded at a comedy festival. The comedy lies in the incongruity of traditional Aboriginal dancers performing this type of dance.
