I didn't know who came up with it originally, but I like it.

Well I'm pretty sure Jeffrey Dahmer didn't actually come up with it. He is a little more famous for being a recent American serial killer who actually did eat his victims.

"I found your number etched on the bathroom wall"

"Why have a many-times sexed football player when you can tap a virgin geek"

"I noticed you ordered a pizza, don't worry, I'll accept you no matter what you look like"

"I collect subway maps, becuase real men don't ask for directions"

"I really like traffic lights. I noticed that the ones in New Jersey don't have a border on them like the ones in PA. I flaged down a police officer to ask why. He didn't give me a striaght answer. Anyway, I opened the control box and made like the trans-siberan orchestra at the mall with them. Everybody started spinning around. It was grand. I was flabbergasted when they decided to put in arrows too. Lo and behold, people actually stopped for them. I get arrested alot. Wanna go watch some traffic lights?

For laughs:

"You remind me of my cat".

"In Soviet Russia I get hit on by YOU".

"If you call me, I'll answer the phone".

What my dad actually said to my mom:

"Your hair is the same color as a Rhode Island red chicken". It actually worked... 8O

"Datin' me would be like datin' a biker dude... 'cept you'd get to make out with the motorcycle."

I just HAVE to mention this one:........not an Aspie-Aspie pick-up line per se.
This is actually one for the beach, specifically to a woman in a thong bikini :

"nice buns! can I have a bite?"

-*Hand her a professionally made resumé* "Hello I'm here to apply for the position of your new boyfriend. As you see I don't have much experience, but I would be okay with working my way up from say... friend, or even acquaintance. If you have any questions regarding the resumé, or about me in general just ask"

The idea of making resumees for new friends/girlfrinds is one that have followed me for a while. I think the kind of person who would respond well to that kind of sillyness would make a perfect friend.
Also
-Excuse me, but it would apear that I am interested in you... while I don't know why that is, I WOULD like to find out.
