as mindboggling as this is.... you obviously don't give a crap about her.... so yes, breakup and let her have a crack at a real man that would actually be interested i her.

I don't understand what physics and calculus have to do with going out with a girl. I'd have to agree wtih Sedaka.

I would NEVER go out with a girl that doesn't know a thing of calculus or Physics I/II because I wouldn't live with a girl that doesn't know a thing about college-level science.

(I predict that, in university, I will date a girl with very similar scientific abilities because I wouldn't date a girl without university-level physics if I am to major in physics in university)

i think having a few different interests can give you something to talk about and discuss.

If my criterion was to be better at single and multi-variable calculus only, then I would favor a girl in Economics or Social Studies, but it is Physics, so I'm bound to date a girl in pure or healthcare science.

but like i said earlier.. it is your decision. we can only give our opinions and in the end you are going to have to make the decision. so if you are going to be happier with the physics girl then you should be with her. remember that in the long run if you are meant to be with the calculus girl...everything will just work out =]

At the risk of getting a warning from a moderator - just what the hell is wrong with you?

These aren't robots that you pick out of a lineup saying 'I'd like the deluxe package, both brain and beauty, please. When is the physics patch available to download?' These are people, not character traits that you tick off in a box.

Jesus Christ, what kind of relationship do you have with this girl? Do you just sit at home and calculate things? Did you give her a 90-minute university-level exam on your first date to make sure she was worthy?

Please tell me that I'm just being gullible and you've been joking this entire time, because as far as I'm concerned this kind of attitude to women, or even people in general, is inexcusable.

We do little more than our calculus homework because her schedule is a little bit stretched because of her sport.

On my first date, I asked a couple of questions about her attitude towards calculus but I didn't go as far to give an university-level calculus test, for I knew that the girl was not any more advanced than I was when I first met her.

I kept some room for uncertainty when I had the because she wasn't in the same calculus II class as I was, even if she has the same teacher. All I did was to ask her grade on the first exam (because it's the exam that best represented her calculus II ability).

Should I break up, I'm going to ask one magnetism question on my first date (because how the girl answers that one question will tell me enough about her, in regards of worthiness).

So if someone isn't interested in her they are somehow not real?

he has an entirely different idea as to what constitutes a relationship, it's best to not try and argue!

I agree though i hate this kind of behavior cause you should only date someone if you have a emotional or sexual attraction to each other not there ablity to answer questions thats just shallow as in puddle shallow and i find it annoying when people are so shallow it's more shallow than a guy dating a woman just cause she has big breasts/ or is good in bed cause and i consider that to be shallow and stupid.

It's not that, at least not totally, I think. What did you mean by your initial statement?
