a sad part of this site, is how many bitter people there are

that's no damn excuse to be a total prick to people-who did nothing to anyone!

the good die young
but pricks live forever!

Amen.

Thank Heavens I'm not a prick.

All I can say is that one has to learn through experiences, and if they can't, and yet complain, then why are they complaining.

yeah you were a prick just on page one of this thread

all I know is-a lot of people here seem to think they're opinion matters when its not asked for
this guy just wanted a pat on the back and a thumbs up, but instead he got a bunch of idiots spouting what they think about his situation
no one can ever be happy for anyone else
its always me me me
what do I get, when do I get it, why don't I have it
the same people who make those whiny threads about not being able to get a girlfriend are the same ones to go around saying all this s**t they refuse to do, and what they don't believe in
and wonder why no one will date them

don't try to turn your opinion around because I said something a lot more memorable then you did
take the defeat and go away

Just as Kilroy said, I wasn't asking people's opinions on the matter, I was just hoping to find others to share in my excitement over this. Frankly, if you don't have anything constructive to say, just stop posting in this thread.

You know, there is a difference between being a prick, and someone who expresses his opinion in a joking manner.

Sheesh, and it's no wonder that a good portion of you think I'm a jerk. I'm not.

I have my own way of congratulating people, and as such that may have been a bit.....too uncongratulatory.

It was my way of saying, congrats, but at the same time "be careful."

always look for the double speak from writers and doctors.

It's nice to see how even a gamer guy can have a shot at romance. And what better way to meet someone than doing something you both enjoy? I think it's important to look for someone who shares some of your interests and hobbies.

I think they just don't want him to get hurt. But this is the risk he must take and keep the faith in this relationship and the negativity out.

Since she's reading books on Autism, I would have to recommend Temple Grandin as an author. She is very important in the Aspie community.
