I'm sorry, since I'm a female I find this post rather offensive, but I'll try to give 'advice'
If you want sex, pure and simple, you cannot go to any female and expect meaningless sex. we are hardwired not to let any man into our underwear unless we care for him. Of course that has been ignored more recently, and there will always be exceptions but this is the basic rule. The media now plays up the image that all females are sex-crazed and that they can't get enough. THIS IS NOT TRUE.
If you want sex, go to someone who chose that as a profession. If its illegal where you stay then I suggest you don't do it but you may want to ignore my advice. If you do, always use protection. It protects against STD's as well as unplanned pregnancies.

this sounds quite shallow, and desiring sex from females without consequence is something i find very primal and rather immature, half of my friends are female and they would most certainly agree with my viewpoint.

Don't be quick to judge him. Desiring sex is a perfectly normal urge. Its hardwired into our minds and bodies. If he wants to have sex with someone without having form of relationship with them, let him. Don't immediately jump to calling him shallow and a pig.
