I really like someone from college and I don't know how to tell him that I like him?

Well being straight to the point is probably the best way. Though you might ask him if he would like to do something imformal like coffee, and drop the bomb there.

Just be careful of how strong you come off. Too much or too little can both kill your chances. My advice would be to ask "How would you feel about dating?" and leave it at that for a while.

It shouldn't be too difficult to pull off, as guys are usually the ones to make advances.

If he is a guy just tell him. Get him when he is on his own and say "Hi [insert name] I just wanted to tell you that I like you and if you wanted to do something together some time I'd really like that. If you're not interested no worries".

It doesn't make you seem too keen or desperate. You're asking an honest question and will get an honest answer.
