My first post ... :)

I think that some parts of me are attractive, other parts not as much. I think I have nice hair, legs, hands ... but don't much care for my bum, my lips. Etc., etc.

I've realized over time that I largely base those perceptions on the reactions I get from men ... those parts of me that they notice the most, I figure, must be the attractive parts. I find it very hard to tell, on my own. Which is funny because I have definite ideas about what I find attractive in other women. It's just me that I have a hard time knowing about.

A logical extension of this idea is that I tend to emphasize those parts of me that I think men are the most interested in. I spend a lot of time making sure my hair looks good, for instance, and I tend to dress in a way that lets me show lots of leg.

This has become so ingrained that I scarcely notice it anymore.

I think you look attractive, well judging from your avatar. I know I'm attractive, but I have no car and no job and live in Baltimore. Most the girls around here are ignorant and all they want to do is drink and smoke and you can't trust them.

That's my short answer, anyway.

do i feel UNattractive?

physically: yes(being on seizure control meds did a very good job of puitting extra pounds on my gut and drove my sex drive so down the toilet i do not desire it - but if i had a 8-9'' bulge in my pants - women would want me for that alone and not for my teddybear of a personality :-| ).

emotionally: yes (because women can smell that my wiring is off being both epileptic and an aspie).

mentally: yes - but that is too long a story for this small amount of space.

Wouldn't say physically unattractive, body language and facial expressionality though - somewhat less than helpful.

As far as imaging myself with a woman in the long term, depends on the personality. I know what kinds/varieties of personalities that I can usually work things out with (usually intelligent/self-assured/altruistic/analytical are on the table as major traits), she has to be someone who can see to the bottom. The trick at 29, working a travel job, etc. just seems to be venue - that and eharmony did a great job of helping me find cool girls but unfortunately the physical attraction has never been there.

eharmony did a wonderful job [comment removed by lau] because they could not even match up an aspie with a seizure condition. hate them to pieces :|

I rarely find myself attractive, and can't possibly begin to understand why people say I am.
I'm quite guilty of having BDD...years of dance and gymnastics, I suppose. One can never be "perfect" [what a truly horrid word....] in reference to physical beauty when it comes to those two.

Mentally...I am quite smart. Which makes not being able to always articulate how I'm feeling very aggravating, especially when someone doesn't understand that, due to being a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, it's difficult to even pinpoint precise emotions.

Emotionally-Let's see....hopeless romantic combined with multiple sensory triggers that affect emotional outbursts....in short, I'm an emotional mess, in my humble opinion.

the ''monthly visiter'' also causes your emotions to go on a roller coaster with the ups and downs, and hormones going crazy.

In my case :
Physically: No (I have managed to attract women physically)
Emotionally: Very (NT women don't understand or empathise with my emotional world at all)
Mentally: Neutral (some love it, others hate it)

Location irrelevant my friend.

As the 40 year old virgin said when NT's asked him if he was gay quote:

No I love woman I really do that's why I stay away from them :)

What if you love women (as in females with class and a nice personality) but [comment removed by lau].

to me - women who care more about [comment removed by lau] and bank balance - and do not care about the guy himself - to me qualify as [comment removed by lau].

Again.... Look for the exceptions

Also.... to know your penis size they already need to have been in your pants.... so I don't see why that's so much of an issue :P

Oh, I have been. Seems all the decent ones are taken, except maybe this one woman, that I kind of have a thing for. Unfortunately I don't see her that much.

Yup. I'm clearly ugly in the inside and the outside. I look like an 8 year old, and I'm a crappy person on the inside. So, yeah.
