Look, I thank you for wanting to help but I'm kind of getting tired of everyone PMing me and telling me their little secret to weight loss. It's a little overwhelming and I'm getting confused from all the advice. I'm pretty sure I don't have a disease and I don't want to pay a specialist thousands of dollars to run tests about it. I don't have the money for that stuff right now. I'm a college student with means I don't have money to throw around. I know y'all are trying to help and I'm not trying to be mean but just let me do my diet and exercise thing for a year and see how that goes. THEN maybe I'll go to a doctor. I still don't trust them. They just want my money, they don't want to see me get better. :/

I dont think you have polycystic ovaries, women with that usually have facial hair and acne.

Facial hair?
I have polycystic ovaries and have never had facial hair. They are often fat around the middle though. I hate it.

your very lucky! All the women Ive met with it do, and one has to use a special hormone cream on her face to stop her beard. In the UK you even get half price electrolisis with a Drs note saying you have polcystic ovaries.

The excessive hair growth and acne doesn't always have to be present.

I think just being oblivious to subtle games. Like not knowing how to play hard to get, not being able to improvise under pressure in social situations, etc. are big ones.

If you do it my way you will see weight loss within 2 weeks. If you cut the calories a bit more, to say, 1000 per day, you will definitely lose something within a week. You can't imagine the thrill of getting on the scales day after day and being like "holy s**t, did I really lose that much?" Once you've started you get incredibly motivated to continue, trust me.

Also, more than anything else, being a normal weight will increase your attractiveness to males more than any other factor you can control. (I'm assuming personality not controllable).

Doing things that you don't realize come across as "creepy." "Creepy" being something that is "weird" or "abnormal" (to most NTs) with a romantic intent.

This sounds very familiar. I was talking with a coworker yesterday who is considered very pretty, and on paper by my standards is very pretty, yet not my particular thing. So when I was talking to her, I was normal, and things went well. I thought to myself later that had she been someone I found attractive, I probably would have been way too interested both during and after the conversation, and I probably would have gotten too personal too quickly, and smothered the budding work friendship, or made more of it than it was -- just polite conversation.
