What do you find attractive in the opposite sex?

Frankly, I'm curious. And I'm not talking about what you think people in general find attractive, but what, you, specifically think. I'm just interested in hearing what people have to say.

Sense of humor, for sure. Nothing attracts me to a man more quickly than a hilarious action or comment.

Sense of humor, most definitely! And nicely shaped lips to deliver the joke.

Confidence, sense of humour, caring, respectful, loves to chat about stuff, playful, open minded in all areas.

As far as physical attributes, tall, nice teeth and mouth, nice face. These are all flexible depending on how much I like the person.

Physically?

Here it goes in order of importance:

1. Face (If you've got a great body but an ugly face, there's no helping you.)
2. Legs/Ass (Yes, included as one.)
3. HANDS. (I love hands. I love, love, LOVE hands. I stare at womens hands whenever I get the chance. They probably like it better than guys staring at their breasts. Or maybe not? Anyways, I go crazy for hands. I could literally stare at a pair of beautiful hands for hours. And, if a girl is otherwise gorgeous, but has ugly hands...I'm not attracted to her.)

4. Breasts. Shape and coloration are more important than size. I don't mind at all if they're small.



Personality wise? Harder to define.

Absence.

Veganism.
Feminism.
Atheism.
Socialism.

It'd help if he was asexual, as well.

Couldn't care less about looks.

Personality wise it varies from day to day but in general

caring, smart, good seance of humor, patient

physically it varies even more then my preference of personality.

My absolute biggest turn on is intelligence. Basically, smart women are hot. I don't care too much about physical appearance as long as they're not fat (I used to be fat so I've developed a compulsion against it).

A woman who can actually have an intelligent conversation and solve problems by herself instead of walking around being 'ditzy' as is the norm for females in my age range these days is extremely attractive.

Intelligence and musical ability are big for me. I like kind, easy-going girls who are unique in some way.

I am more attracted to cute girls as opposed to hot girls. I can't really explain the difference, but I know it when I see it. Cute girls are maybe more subtle and modest in appearance.

Bookish, playful, nature-loving, soulful, adventurous, dreamy-eyed artistic/musical/poetic tendencies. (Not a hipster though). It'd probably help if she is a pseudo intellectual just like me.

Physical: Eyebrows as natural looking as possible (a lá vintage Jennifer Connelly), freckles on shoulders, dimples.

Bonus: Dog owning, bicycle riding, green tea drinking.

Sense of humour and intelligence, together. Nothing is more attractive than a guy who can make me laugh ,i think this is fairly universal (there's a saying in france: "a laughing woman is halfway into your bed" )
Physically: i look at the eyes. Kind and smart eyes.
On a side note: a man playing the guitar in front of me is in danger of being raped.

The number one thing for me is sense of humor. I can't emphasize that enough. If someone isn't funny to me/doesn't have a sense of humor, I will not be physically attracted to them. I also like intelligence. I tend to be drawn to people with interests different than mine, and I think it's because I like them to teach me about what they like. Someone who's a fellow animal lover is very attractive. There are other things that I think are attractive, but I don't really go looking for in a partner (for instance, I like guys who can fix things, but it's not necessary at all).

According to this, I like sex bombs with money. Who are healthy. That's true actually. Muesli munchers do turn me on.

According to that, I like people who are sensitive, affectionate, artistic, and passive, who are sincerely caring/adoring, and with dark hair. Wait. As long as they're not too sensitive and too passive, that seems remarkably accurate (if only you add "intelligent" to the list).

Ignoring the above, I am conscious of finding the following attractive:
-Intelligence
-Self-awareness
-Shared personal values
-Being affectionate
-Slight/moderate protectiveness (get past moderate, though, and it's immensely unattractive)
-A sense of humor similar to my own
-A sense of ethics/morals similar to my own
-Having interests
-Being able to teach me things
-Liking to learn
-Playfulness
-Not being hyper-emotional (esp. not being one to anger easily) or argumentative
-A quiet nature
-Finding me attractive (After all, I'm certainly not interested in anyone who doesn't.)

Physically:
-Hands (excepting small or chubby ones)
-Dark hair and hair which is more than a couple of inches long
-Combination green/brown eyes
-Being taller than me
-Good, but relaxed posture

I've probably forgotten things, but that list seems like a good start. And was probably a bit long.
