I have recently started seeing someone I met at a bar, and he's noticed some of my traits already. I have hinted at others. I am trying to figure out at what point I should share my diagnosis with him.... All advice is greatly appreciated...

You're a woman?
After you're married.

I'm a guy, but I figured this topic fit better under the general relationships category than under LGBT...

-that changes things. I have no idea. No really, the reason I say that, is we have the old joke in English "it doesn't matter who you marry, you wake up with somebody else" so I think a m/f relationship is best to be explained 'one quirk at a time' as for a same-sex thing, I don't know how they work.

I would share your diagnosis as soon as things start getting serious. My wife and I were together for eight years before I was dx'ed and it would have saved her a lot of heartache, grief, and misunderstanding had she known what was going on with me from the get-go... now there is a lot of past to reexamine on her part. Save your dude the trouble and definitely let him know if your relationship looks like it could last long term so he can make a conscious, informed decision on the whole matter.

I told him last night, he had a few questions, but seemed like it went well.
