I wish I didn't miss my ex, but I do. It's a bad idea to talk to her. She always runs away from things she is afraid of. One thing she is afraid of is someone seeing her for who she really is. She thinks if someone saw the real her, they wouldn't like what they saw, and anyone who likes what they see must have something wrong with them. So she keeps herself busy, and she keeps running, hoping she will find what she is looking for, but she probably doesn't know what that is. Then she wonders why she can't find it. I hope she figures it out someday.

I also miss my friend that I haven't seen for about 6 months. She is working all the time, and she lives 3 hours away, and she doesn't have a car. It's also a bad idea to talk to her. Then again, I'm fond of bad ideas.
