I'm still in high school and most of the guys that I know are immature block heads. The few good ones would never be interested in me.

Well, I don't have the classic male problem of not being able to talk to girls. I can discuss almost anything with women, just like I can with any guys I meet. However, if I do happen to like someone, that is one thing I could never tell her. At the moment, there is someone at work I might like, but I just can't bring myself to even just ask her out for coffee. It may seem easy, but to me, it's almost like a major trial I must face, and I'm not sure if I can bring myself to complete the challenge laid out for me.

My social issues, I cannot read or understand when people are interested in me.

And if I say that they have to be straightforward about stuff like that, they tend to get scared off.

That and I enjoy solitude, I wish to be with someone, but the girls around my part of the world tend to be very needy.
and have little understanding for personal space.

A bit of an update: I asked my co-worker out for coffee, as a friend. At the moment, I'm technically still single, but who knows where this will lead? I cross my fingers that it will work out, and that I can officially change my status to dating.
