Ceasaran, your original post is touching and about breaks my heart. Wish I had had the courage to be so forthright at your age. I hope you find that girl to talk to. If I were a girl and I was your age, I would most certainly take you up on your offer.

as a moderator, i don't like threads like this. Oh calm down. The fellow is just lonely and wanting to talk to someone. Others can choose to reply or not. I respect that he spoke up and made an honest request. So much of dating and making connections is based on wearing masks an conflating details about ourselves and playing games, and I wish I had the guts to walk up to a woman and say, "Hi, wanna talk?"

Let it go, he meant no harm.

The victory is when I have raised successful and content offspring. You didn't see the entire mural.
Everything I Plan in steps and make backup plans if my plan 7 fails,I can always go to plan 9.

It sure is if that is what he aspires for. Achieving a goal is a victory, and if he achieves his goal of love, he has certainly won. I dearly hope he finds it.
