But a cynical part of me thinks that you lack the charms to win over an AS girl. Then again, we are all different(NTs too) so there may be someone for you.

What's the overgeneralization MarieElana in what your friend said? There's soul music, which he might have mistaken for some kind of rap. Incidentally, also, soul music is not that bad in my opinion; unlike rap, its beat is somewhat bearable for me. And there is some rap that is not violent, promotes, violence, etc., that shouldn't be banned (though I hate the sound of it)



NTs females are not as easy to talk to, in general, although I've met some who are.



As for dating aspies, I would love to meet AS females from my area for dating and friendship. Love can exist at an infinite distance, but I don't think a long distance Aspie relationship would be very easy for me due to the cost and infrequent times we'd get to visit each other. But unfortunately I have met none from my area. (I posted a thread about meeting both men and women for friendship in my local area here on WP and there were ZERO responses, and it is a metropolitan area that has an economy based mostly on technology. ) So I am considering NT romantic relationships in addition to Aspie romantic relationships.

Yep. Because it's stupid to hate a whole group of people just because you met some who weren't nice. And saying that all NTs are bad is an insult to my dear Taiwanese friend, Fang-Fang. When I was your age, even I knew it was wrong to hate a whole group of people for those reasons.

I'm an AS girl...I'm married now.... but, to have found me, you would have had to look in school or a library or somewhere outdoors away from people (there was a barren hill I liked to hike up and spend time alone on...also at the creek catching tadpoles and studying the environment).

IN those places...I would have been sitting alone. I always sat alone. In school I would either stay in a rarely used hallway, or in the library either at a table hidden away or somewhere IF I really needed a table, or, more usually, on the floor among the stacks.

If you want a mod to lock the thread, just send a PM to one of the mods and ask them to lock it. They're not gonna know to lock it if they're not looking at the thread.

There are multiple Aspie guys for every Aspie girl. Those are bad odds unless you're gay. I'm going to aim for an NT girl. More challenging (probably too challenging for me but I'll try to enjoy the chase).
