looking to meet a nice aspie girl around my age. i am a nice 15 year old male aspie and interested in talking with a female aspie.

guys need a lot of luck here for this .....

Its a challenge because there are less girls than guys with it, statistically. I myself would like to find one (one that has it but not easy to tell)

I want to find an aspie like NT or an NT like aspie. Halfway in and halfway out like myself. Intellectual but affectionate. Logical yet feminine and an awereness of her emotions.

Last and only girl I dated was an NT without an awareness of her feelings. Logical but not intellectual. A caring person with a good heart but without any emotional depth. Appeared to be like me but turned out not to be.

If love is a joke, what's the punchline?

Are you looking specifically for someone with AS, or can the person you're looking for be anywhere on the autistic spectrum?

Keep in mind, however, that 1 out of every 150 people is on the autistic spectrum.

Here is a mathematical formula to determine how many people on the spectrum are in a certain area:

A/150 = B

A = population of a given area
B = number of people in that area that are on the spectrum

And the spectrumwide ratio of males to females is 1:4, so

B * 0.2 = C

B = number of people in the area that are on the spectrum
C = number of females in the area that are on the spectrum

Keep in mind that the total number of females you get does not take into consideration things like age, relationship status, or what type of diagnosis (or undiagnosis) someone has.

Hand out points for someone who tries versus someone who just complains about how much 'love sucks.' I dont know whats worse, the misery of not obtaining someone or just having a bad attitude about it that just reinforces the fact you probably wont find anyone. Attitudes say a lot, on this subject, and if you go in thinking you "suck" then chances are, everyone will think you suck.

You're 15, you've many years ahead and there is no time line on finding someone. Society may suggest that you should start, now, but if you don't find anyone now, don't beat yourself up. Trust me when I say that those who run around banging everything they see really don't have a lot going for them outside of a 'sex addiction' that society thinks is "awesome" while it tries to curb 'drug' and 'gambling' addictions.

I've a friend who was upset all her friends were marrying. She was going to be the last one. She is 21 damn years old. I told her to 'stop whining' and that all her friends will be divorced by the time she finds someone.

i'm not that bothered ive just never talked to or met an aspie girl before so its more a matter of interest. and i'm not doing it because of socioty as i'm kind of an anti conformist.

Well, hell kid, I'm an Aspie woman... I dunno why you guys find us so difficult to find, where I live it's easy enough to find whole groups of Aspie women. granted, it is easier to find guys with AS, but girls don't seem to be that rare on the whole, just in certain areas. Maybe it's just the fact that out where I live there are just more girls than guys to begin with? Hah, now I'm just not quite sure, but if you just wanna talk to see what it's like talking to someone of the opposite sex with AS I'll chat with ya. I don't see how it's such a big deal though, but maybe that's me, there's not much I tend to see as a big deal. It's all survivable. My MSN addy is sairbie at hotmail dot com. I agree with you on the fact that Aspies are rarer in certain geographic areas.

I say don't limit yourself to aspie women.

'Smart' is generally enough.


Keep going for it I say, even if it is likely that you'll get heart broken. It's a great way to build character
