douchebag and this woman at work

so there this woman at my work and she only there on tues and thurs and she really nice and like to get know her better (for friendship, and possible a relationship) but almost everytime I try talking to her, there always this douchebag in the lunch room, that never shuts up.
but sadly that the only time Im around her. I trying talking to her but the douchebag just start yaking like an idiots and asking her all these stupid question.

if tell him to shut up and he just keeps on yaking.

Don't tell him to shut up. At least pretend to be nice to the douchebag... telling him to shut up just for talking when you don't want him to makes it look like YOU'RE the douchebag, and you don't want this woman thinking that.
