I need help talking to women I'm interested in. Particularly this one girl who I'm friends with I've been attracted to for years. I get along fine with most girls who I'm just friends with fine. I guess I could act towards the one I like the same I do the normal ones. But this certain girl is just hard to converse with I don't really know what to talk about and sometimes I can be annoying and sometimes Way!!' To open for my own good, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can ask her about her interests like hobbies, favorite books, music, etc.
