I love reading (Russian literature, some French authors - basically fiction narrative, but also some history). I am also interested in other arts and in current events. I have travelled a fair bit. I'm not religious. I do have a sense of humour. I have varied musical tastes, I like some bits of classical (like Bach), madredeus, some fado, sephardic music, the Beatles.

Been tempted from time to time, but ultimately find it hard to buy into. I'm a Leo. Used to write horoscopes for a school newspaper - in my experience, Taurus tends to get the most accurate predictions. I speak English, but I'm also pretty good at French.

Halloween. I take my fancy dress very seriously - it's just so fun!

My sense of humor is pretty dark, but it tends to grow on people. I'm unemployed right now, on account of being a full time photography student. As I said earlier, I love making costumes. And costume design, that's fun too. I doodle constantly. I have a bad habit of buying toys when I'm bored, because I didn't really grow up. I also do a bit of filming - partly for my course, but also for fun. Working on a film noir screenplay at the moment. As far as music goes, I listen to bits of everything - mostly rock and electronic stuff. I'm a shameless addict of Rammstein, M83 and Type O Negative. I'm not much of a sports person, but I do play Ultimate Frisbee up to 3 times a week. I used to do a couple of martial arts, and I stay in practise for fun. I'm a vegetarian, but just for the heck of it, so I have no problem with people eating meat around me. I'm an ex-smoker, so I'm pretty indifferent about that too. I drink, but not too often.
I love going out to Cafe Nero to relax. And Borders. Or just going for a walk for the heck of it. I love snow and rain, far more than bright sun. I don't watch TV, but I watch quite a few films. If I had to pick a favourite, it'd be Memento. I don't read.
I've been told in the past that I overcompensate for my AS, to the point of fault. At risk of sounding tacky, I tend to prioritise the people closest to me over myself. All I really want out of life at the moment is someone to share the fun parts of life with, like going camping, or for a long walk, or a day out at the zoo. That sort of thing. Someone who I can share being happy with. So I guess living in the same country is kind of a requirement

The name's Ashley Dolan. I'm almost 19, male, straight and I live on the small island people call "Ireland." I'm an Atheist (with morals) and I believe in a fair, honest and equal relationship. Oh, and I'm a Taurus.

My interests are mostly music making (playing the piano, messing with synths, making the odd electronic song on my PC) looking at/drawing art and reading up on random topics that I find interesting on websites like Wikipedia. I also like writing, but since the past few years I've never really got around to writing any stories/poems outside of school... same thing goes for reading books.

I love drawing. The teachers are always yelling at me because I usually doodle instead of doing my work, but I just can't help it. It helps me to relax and focus my mind. BUT, I love making music more. I find it easier to get the image out of my head musically rather than visually, but sometimes I draw and write short stories to help me gain ideas of certain aspects of the music. I hate fashion trends and I just wear what I like to wear, even if it's 10 years out of date. I find great enjoyment speaking my views with other people on many topics eg. politics etc.

I'm currently employed at a music shop (keyboard dept, and a bit of IT help) during weekends, but the money isn't really great... not that I care really, since I love working there. Strangely enough I sold an alright amount, despite my crappy ability to explain things to other people when I'm actually speaking to them. My fellow workmates seem to respect me for who I am, even though I didn't tell them that I've AS (yet.) I never really tell anyone that I've AS unless I'm asked, mostly because of the typical response that your usual NT would have.

I'd like a girl who has a great personality, looks aren't necessary... I don't judge people because of their looks. Music/film tastes don't really matter, neither do the fact if she's shy or not... all I care is that she's intelligent, has a good sense of humour and has similar views to mine (not really nescessary though.)

Some of us know. No way that anyone could express it all in a little post though. And no way that I'd contact someone, in the hope that they matched what I want. But that's cool. I can't read someone without seeing them move.

Im a 20 year old Aspie from New Zealand. I am extremely active like finding things to do. can be shy some times but usually open up to be quiet energetic.

My main interests are:

Martial arts, gymnastics, parkour and fitness in general. I am interested in what the body is phyiscally capable of. In the process I have made myself very fit with a ablity to do alot of differen't things.

Social interaction (I like to observe how people interact and learn more and try differen't ways and places to be. I find how people work interesting)

Computers: I am interested in computer hardware and computer operating systems etc.

Cars: I am interested in know the makes and models of cars and learning more about how they work and teaching myself more about them.

Science: I like learning about what technologys are around and being developed and future technologys. I like imagining the differen't possiblitys of the future (kinda relates to my social interest with how people work and how people will utlise avalible technologys in the future.

Music: I must admit i am a bit of a audiophile I listen to lots of differen't types of music.

I'm a 46yo Aspie from Los Angeles... looking for a young lady between 25 and 35 in the LA/OC area (though outside that age range might be considered...). I'm divorced, live with my cat Sassy in the Long Beach area. I'm a bit shy when you first get to know me, but I warm up.

Interests: I'm a web developer by trade (self-taught), have always been into computers and video games. (My first computer was the same one Bill Gates started on: the MITS Altair 8800.) Martial arts, I started taking Tae Kwon Do a couple years ago to help with my awkwardness and fitness (I'm a "recovering couch potato"). Also considering taking some other martial arts forms.

Music: I'm a big music lover, especially Blues, Jazz and Swing (eventually I'll get around to learning to dance, lol), though I also like 80s and other forms of music. I used to have my own Big Band, a few years back... now I love singing karaoke. I'm completely at home in front of a crowd (but completely lost in one, lol), and have even competed.

I have a very strong sense of humor that leans toward the silly/absurd; love cartoons (Rocky and Bullwinkle is my all-time favorite). I'm a big kid at heart who loves to play. And I look younger than my years, so I fit in with a younger crowd.

I also love collecting Japanese/oriental stuff... I have several katana sets... I went to the Ren Faire last year dressed in a full Samurai uniform, which was a lot of fun (I was a walking Photo-Op, LOL).

I have a very unique dress style, so I can't be missed... it's a bit flashy. I've kinda incorporated Swing, Chicago Blues and some Hawaiian influences into it. Fedora, long coats, braces, pleats, pinstripes... A friend of mine called me the "Dandy Bohemian" type... and I guess that fits as well as anything. If you like to step out, you'll look good on my arm.

Food: I love to cook. I also like to eat, which is kind of how I ended up with the spare tire in the first place, but that's just the result of being unemployed and mopey for a few years between high school and my current course of employment. It's the one thing in my life that I'm quite happy to let myself obsess over completely.

I write music, play guitar, bass, cello, violin, piano, synths, berimbau and sing, play in a band, play solo, write electronica every now and then, try to brave social anxiety enough to go and support local music every now and then and completely forget my social anxiety when someone I love enough comes to play from overseas.

I also read a lot, watch a lot of movies, draw occasionally and love cooking.

I'm a rock'n'roll guy first and foremost, it's where my heart's at, but I can tolerate MOST music.

My favourite band and life-long obsession is The Smashing Pumpkins, closely followed by Led Zeppelin, Bloc Party, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Augie March and David Bowie.

I don't expect anyone to like all of those, but anyone who knows me will hear them a lot and have to at least be able to put up with it, lol.

My day job is fixing telecommunication infrastructure problems, it's a cushy office job that pays well enough and lets me excercise my brain.
