For men here that can't get women

OP: Go read the recent threads around here about the treatment of women on WP. Then come back and tell me why making a thread saying "women aren't logical" wasn't an incredibly stupid thing to do.
I know Aspies have poor social skills, but Jesus Christ.

The Squid is male, and sometimes feels offended at some of the comments found within these forums directed at women.

OP, your post doesn't look particularly sexist or insensitive, but well nevertheless it is. At least maybe you could phrase it better? If you want, we can discuss if women really are so much more illogical than men? How do you think, maybe women find men just as illogical?

Also, as one of your basic bullet points, I would add "proper behavior", meaning that besides having a job, car and being attractive, one also has to know how to behave, how to be sensitive, not to judge people and be more understanding, be more respective, and basically be a better, more wiser human being. Trust me, chicks dig that, and I mean if you really make that change for yourself, and not just be the "nice guy" who does that only to impress girls.

Why don't you people ever understand that we're human beings >_< We're not some bizarre alien species. All this crap about cars or us being illogical shows that many have difficulty even fully understanding that we're people. It takes all variety and complexity away and replaces it with a silly stereotype which at the same time makes it easier to be sexist as we aren't really individuals anyway. If we're all the same shallow beings, without much reason (=human intelligence, one of the things that makes us human) generalisation is okay as we don't really differ that much anyway?

So many people have this weird notion of us. But if that's the case, why on earth would you want to spend time with such a 'woman animal'?
