yes
but there doesn't seem to be a way to actually talk to people
everything is blocked for premium users
so an utterly useless site

I joined Spectrum Singles but didn't pay, just did the free profile. Someone used my details to find me on Facebook and talk to me that way! We have spoken every day since <3
Anyway, just thought I'd mention it as a way around the fee :)
