Why would I not be compatible with this type of woman?

I think a 6 foot 4 lady can be really nice. I've seen them, and I've admired them.

That explains it--even if you wear heels, most men are taller than you--which is what most women want.

What exactly does it explain? My point was I've never paid much mind to height at all, I tried dating a guy shorter than me and I thought he was attractive, my first year of college. However he either wasn't really ready for a relationship or wasn't interested in one with me because he broke it off after we had a couple dates.

^ I wish guys believe that there are many girls who think like Sweetleaf. One thing I can tell is, as a K-pop fan, there are a lot of 5'3 boys in various boy bands and they have heavy layers of young female fans all around the world. What makes them so attractive is probably their talents.

Yesterday I bumped into 2 women who both blonde and tall.

When I opened the door and tried to be courteous they were kinda hostile to me.

Guessing it was because I was short?

Yesterday when I went for a walk i bumped into 2 women on seperate occasions who were both blonde/tall and both of them were quite rude to me.

I read a story on the Internet of how this 5ft9 guy was met with plain hostility from blonde girls who go for 6ft3 black guys.

I doubt they were hostile to you because you are short. You are not THAT short.

I guess I would have had to have been there.

They're probably used to assuming, every time a man shows courtesy to them, it's because he wants to get into their pants, and they're probably right most of the time.

Yes, women don't like getting hit on all the time. On the other hand, it they show interest in YOU-then you can make a move. One short guy I know had a very effective technique at bars--he would look around and decide who would be the least likely to be hit on--and he would ask her first!

And how is it known they specifically go for black guys who are exactly 6' 3" tall? Are you certain he didn't get hostile reactions from a couple blonde women and assumed the reason for this must be that? I've never really heard anyone give a specific race and height they require of their potential S.O.

Another poster said to the 5ft9 guy "maybe they just don't fancy you"

It's more likely that neither one of them happened to fancy him than that the women specifically wanted black guys who are 6' 3" and have nothing but scorn for males of any other appearance.

Women are allowed to be very choosy when finding a mate so it's no wonder some women have evolved to scorn any man who does not fit her ideal image.

I seriously wonder what reason anyone has to respect someone else when they can afford to treat them like crap, bully them or take advantage of them. It’s not a matter of gender.

I don't understand why some men think women deserve respect.

Respect needs to be earned

I think in regards to respect between the genders people are speaking of common decency more than "respect" like admiration or reverence. That kind of respect, the kind that is like admiration for people's behaviour and accomplishments, is something that you earn, yes--but everyone should treat each other with the basic respect that we as human beings deserve from each other. Usually when people talk about "respecting women" they just mean respecting their equal status as human beings, as people.
