Yep. It has to do with fishing tackle.

Fishing tackle is fishing equipment as a collective (fishing rod, bait, hooks, etc.)

Ha! After my NT husband runs the dishwasher, I clear the bottom half: plates, bowls, cutlery. Somestimes I'll do the top half if it's only glasses and small bowls, but if there is a significant portion of Tupperware (ours is all mismatched), my NT husband has to clear it.
