When it came time to practice it one of the girls I danced with (who has been in the same classes as me for about a year on and off) came along, she didn't know what we were doing and I told her that it was the anti boob swipe to which she responded "You can swipe my boobs anytime".
In this case, I'd smile, and say "good to know" in a flirty tone of voice. After the dance, I'd sit down somewhere with her, start talking, and try to get her phone number. It definitely sounded like a come-on, so there's some potential there. Even if it was supposed to be a joke, girls don't joke like that with guys they think are creepy. So at the minimum, she was letting you know she enjoys your company and/or your dancing.
If I swiped a woman's boobs purely by accident, I'd say "sorry about that" (same tone as when stepping on someone's foot), and continue on like nothing is wrong. Basically, act as though you bumped against any other part of her body. Accidents like this happen to beginner dancers, and people understand that.
