I workout and have a muscular lean body.

Guess that’s still not enough to make me great looking right?

Nope.

I used to run marathons. That didn’t make me great-looking.

Not aimed personally at you, this, but in general....

You can be muscular and toned and still have a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp.

Attractiveness isn't all about physique.

Some studies suggest it's got a lot to do with facial symmetry, though others suggest we distrust perfect symmetry too. And then there are other things such as eye colour, hair length, height and so forth where certain traits can be attractive or not depending on the personal tastes of potential partners (possibly with subconscious biological drivers).

Being clean and healthy never seemed to do anyone any harm in the dating game. Beyond that it's about playing to your strengths and compensating for any weaknesses looks-wise, really. A lot of our characteristics are dictated by genetics and can't really be changed (thanks Mum and Dad!), but you can emphasise some aspects and underplay others. Hair and facial hair are the easiest variables for most men, and they're dictated to a certain extent by fashion. So beards are fashionable at the moment, for example, but it might not stay that way for long. Even then, no beard is better than a bad beard. Play to your strengths.

Well, you are a lot better looking than I am.
Does that help?

Depends on how it looks like but wouldn't expect this. Guess that most people care quite different qualities. First of all your self confidence towards other people and them as well.

That sounds promising.
A lot of people have cosmetic surgery.
Not a good time, with the coronavirus, though.

Justifiable self-confidence, not arrogance, is a chick magnet.

Some women like noses with character.
