20% to 35% body fat is ok. nice and feminine. normal and healthy. after that it gets unattractive quickly. i don have that paraphelia. a 50% obese woman (or man for that matter) i find personally disgusting, aesthetically, let alone sexually.

From top box 2 and box 3 are my ideal weights, actually I am within that same skinny range myself.

The 30% looks better than the 25% though, the skin quality matters too lol.

What I always wondered whenever I read that this body type was considered beautiful and desirable to have for a woman and heard of North American women getting implants in their arses and hips to look like that was whether this is some specific US-American cultural thing or an Anglocentric cultural thing to find this appealing?

To me, as a continental European man, this honestly just looks insanely disproportionate and off and I find it very unaesthetic and unattractive look wise.

And I am not even alone with this perception at all although I often don’t align with the common views on beauty.
The more, well, less considerate usually NT men and NT women in my country outright make comments like “She has an arse like a horse!” or “What a poor woman, she’s 80% arse.” or “If she sits on a chair with that arse it bursts.” or they just call it ugly or if they are women, they call themselves lucky to not have such a disproportionate figure and feel sorry for that woman. This is definitely not considered beautiful or attractive in our culture at all, it’s the opposite. It’s considered very unattractive and people even ridicule it (which I don't think is okay to do even though I find it looks disproportunate).

What country are you from, if you don’t mind me asking? One of the reasons I’m terrified of how my body will look when I reach my goal size of a US 8/10 is that my body won’t be conventionally attractive/womanly here in America if I end up with no chest or butt. Maybe I should move.

I am from a Germanic nation and culture, I can at least tell you that much ;)

Don’t worry about it. You don’t have to have an arse like that to have a womanly figure. Most women here don’t look like that to begin with (it’s a very extreme, rare and odd torso to arse ratio in these pictures to start with) and as I said they absolutely don’t want to look like that either.
And I am sure that there are men and/or women in the US who find this unattractive and disproportunate too and are attracted to women who aren't "80% arse", even if they end up being immigrants from Europe  Don't let anyone tell you that you need to look like that to be attractive, you certainly don't have to.

These are a few women considered conventionally attractive here by the way:

As you can see, none of them got that disproportionate figure with the giant arse and thighs, nor do they have F Cup boobs or whatever and yet they are feminine and womanly.

Off topic but: You’ve got great taste in music :D

Muse933277 wrote:
That goes to show you that what is considered attractive and unattractive is based on individuals tastes, and perhaps somewhat on culture as well. In other words, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I know some guys are who into tall skinny girls; that's their type. Other guys are into shorter and thicker girls; they're into girls with bigger hips and a bigger butt.

So the point is that it doesn't matter if you're tall, short, skinny, thick, blonde, brunette, big butt, small butt, big boobs, small boobs, etc... chances are there are guys out there who find your type attractive.

Yes. Agreed. Beauty is not measurable, not objective and thus it is actually not exactly possible to standardise it and if one asked me personally we shouldn't try to.
It’s too subjective in the end and yet cultural and societal ideals do exist and they differ from place to place and also from era to era and they do influence the broader view of the general public.

Thanks! Remember to rep your favorite bands on a regular basis like I do!

I've got like 70 band shirts but I don't really like wearing cotton t-shirts anymore.

You have good taste . I like the red head. she reminds me of a schoolteacher once had. And maybe i just have a thing for red heads.

That's what i consider conventional and classical beauty. Go back 2000 years. ancient statues of Aphrodite. thats more or less my taste. the european western ideal. I'm very traditional n that sense. It's what i consider normal and healthy. not totally remarkable and chiseled, not totally out of shape and obese. somewhere in between. Just naturally attractive.

Let's put it this way, even though beauty is subjective, there are still "types" that are considered more attractive and sought after than others. If you're a 300 pound behemoth of a woman, yeah there's guys who probably find you attractive, but let's be honest, the majority DONT.

If only 1% of men find super obese women attractive, then it might be worth it to lose some weight, if that means instead of 1% of people attracted to you, around 10% of people are attracted to you. Because I guarantee you that dating gets easier, with the higher percentage of people willing to give you a chance.

And the good news is that weight CAN be controlled to a certain extent. There's no reason, other than health problems, to be super obese. You may not ever be skinny due to your genetics, but if you're super obese, that's almost always your fault.

Morbid obesity certainly is an extreme that breaks the mould, where one can be certain that people won’t find it attractive all around the globe(except for very few individuals).
I don’t know of any culture or era that considered morbid obesity to be beautiful either.

I wouldn’t even argue that people who are morbidly obese should try to lose that weight to be attractive to other people or to be beautiful to others but for themselves, their health and their lifespan. Heck, if you’re 300 pounds you have other things to worry about than someone finding you attractive or not, diabetes type II for instance.

None of the women featured in this thread are morbidly obese though.

I know. I didn’t say they were morbidly obese.

I simply responded to what Muse933277 wrote and he specifically talked about “super obese women" and “300 pounds” aka morbid obesity or didn't he.

Thanks. And you've had an incredibly beautiful teacher if she looked like that

I appreciate classical art as well.

The lady with the red hair has that "dominatrix" look.....She's attractive, though.

She's the type who might be in her 30s, or in her 50s.

I'm still wondering why guys still choose looks over sexual performance though, unless I am wrong on that?

As a female who appreciates beautiful women I would definitely date a big beautiful woman.

This is in response to a response I just saw on a different thread?

If I was single maybe...

But I do have a boyfriend, he is a bit over-weight/chubby and I think I kind of actually like that body type...not like morbidly obese but I like a person with some chubbiness to them. I think I may be bisexual so err i do think of women sometimes...but I am in a committed relationship so I don't do anything with it...but I'd probably go for a BBW if I were single. Or actually I mean if I could have sex with a woman and it would not effect me and my boyfriends relationship I might want to..but well I feel now is not the right time to try and broach a topic like that.

But I feel at some point I will have to admit my desires to him, it is not a dissatisfaction thing though it's like I do want to remain with him but I kind of want to like do sexual things with a woman but not like cheating, just like I want that expereince even though I am happy with my boyfriend...but we all die someday and I feel I could be bisexual so I'd like to have that experience with a woman before my life ends. Idk I kind of hate it..I got the relationship I always desired and I want to keep that but well...cant quite get it out of my head that I like women to and not sure how to reconcile that with also loving my boyfriend and being happy with him and wanting to remain monogamous with him. I have not told him about that yet, though I have hinted at being bisexual that said I am sure I could talk to him about it, but I don't want to say to him 'hey can I go have sex with a woman' but at the same time I feel like it needs to happen at some point...idk it is weird to me because I am satisfied with him, but I want that other experience to maybe it is a thing a lot of bisexual people deal with...idk.

That said for like relationships, I kind of like more chubby/bigger people for one they are quite nice to snuggle with.
