Do single women exist on wrong planet?

Defdef single female, right here. The non-monogamy and interest(s) in science are surprisingly turn offs for many well-meaning guys. One would think they'd like the fact that I never want to get married or that I'm into "open relations" and even polyamory (if I ever met people I was attracted to), but the vast majority of guys don't. Unexpected but fascinating info to discover from the Land of Dating. BE ILLUMINATED BY IT. haha

Also, I would totally post pics of my car because omg he is such a total babe. Crystal Red Chevy Cruze 2013. the babiest babe of all babes.

There's plenty of single women here. They just don't make themselves known because they don't take issue with being single (unlike the guys).

I'm single. But I think I've retired from dating and decided to take advantage of my childless singledom to save up for a ridiculously impractical (and fast) car. If I'm going to do spinsterhood I'm going to do it with the soft top down

The ratio of women to men here is pretty low. If I were a single woman on WP i'd also be pretty covert about it for fear that my inbox would end up on the hitlists of many horny pimpled adolescents. We men are ever on the prowl and sadly the fewer the women the more violently the blood boils and pulse quickens.

I imagine that given this is a site for the socially impaired the ratio of single to attached women is also probably tipped in the former's favour.

If you dont own a car and feel left out you might post pictures of yourself pretending to be a car. In fact you could expand my suggestion to include various kinds of automobile and locomotives. Planes are of course not allowed.

Not trying to stir the hornets nest or anything, but in a few exchanges with certain single women on here, I've obsereved that there is a reason a select few are chronically single. I'm not suggesting that's a bad thing exactly...we all have our own lives to live.

It's not so much that there is a lack of single women on WP...it's more that single doesn't necessarily translate to "available." Some of the men on here admittedly have made WP unfriendly towards women, so some of those have left and aren't coming back any time soon. My thing is I enjoy and respect people I can spar with intellectually with and still be friends. And in spite of that I've encountered some unduly punishing hostility.

I don't waste time getting my feelings hurt over it, and I'm not in the habit of going on the warpath. I just regret that the genuine desire for intellectual exchange hasn't worked both ways. I really hate seeing members go over what I think are silly reasons.
