Reading this thread reminds me of sitcoms and movies portraying the experiences of typical young attitudes in their 20's. No offense to you all but I can tell how it relates from being excluded from the society blaming NTs not supporting us.

Personally I learned myself more when do things what I want for myself not involving with people like typical young minds of NTs exploring dating, sex and party arenas. That is completely illogical and doesn't represent how the society or future works. I am social person as well. I attend and organise events like hiking, swimming, dinners, museum and that etc. I have done this awhile. While seeing majority of people in my networks focused on alcohol, some drugs (mostly weed), partying a lot and do narcissist stuff. I find those kind of stuff overwhelming and slack.

So after I learned about myself I do the serious business. Focus on career, getting a job, speak up about my disability rights and all of that stuff. It about me taking care of myself. If you come across to a women says "I want a boyfriend or husband to take care of me". That is bloody outrageous attitude. Women are also independents themselves!

Because not enough testosterone from not having enough sex.

You need testosterone to get sex and you need sex to get testosterone. Catch-22.

Unfortunate but true. I'm sure most of the men who were successful in their careers had regular sex, from either one partner or several.

E.g. Neil Armstrong married in his early twenties. He had already been married for 13 years by the time he landed on the moon.

You don't need sex to boost your testosterone levels. There are other ways like lifting weights.

One does not need to assume one's testosterone levels when one can go to the doctor and have them tested.

There is free testosterone, bioavailable testosterone and total testosterone.

Good idea.

But not too much heavy weight, that’s the tricky part: if you train too hard you get more stress; and your body produces cortisol.

Testosterone and Cortisol are totally negatively correlated.

Fully body weight exercises are the best T boosters.

But the overall T level varies on overall life quality: Your self esteem, your confidence, the feeling of « winning » , happiness, being in good humor, even how often you meet and talk to attractive girls (even with nothing sexual involved).

Have you noticed the « traits » that boost your T naturally are the same common traits that most women love in men, coïncidence?

I think not.

Really. Any man who thinks his testosterone levels might be low should have them checked.

While we are on the subject, men also have estradiol (estrogen), and the average man has roughly the same levels of estradiol as a woman during at least part of her menstrual cycle. There is probably a such thing as an estradiol deficiency in men that negatively impacts their health but I don't believe much research has been done on it yet.

What helped me most recently is Zinc supplement and vitamin D.
Even my partner noticed a big difference.

I had both those low (Zinc 69 while normal range is 70-150, my vitamin D is too low I don’t recall the exact number now).

Doctor said Zinc is within normal range but I am taking supplement modererly anyway. (Both of my T , LH and Zinc are at the lower end of “normal” and D too low; so It can’t be a coincidence).

Why doctors are so numeric “oh it’s within normal range then you pass” ; it’s stupid especially that he knows that I had all the Low T symptoms.

Are there any NTs on here feeling a same thing? There lot of stuff from Reddit from someone feeling a same. See here for example: https://www.reddit.com/r/offmychest/com ... ng_lonely/

So 'forever alone' must be some illusion. It rare for someone who are intentionally being lonely for whole life. NTs share same experiences as Aspies as the more I read on Reddit but with different challenges and barriers. Maybe some are a same.

Again the most frustrating part of human world is people kept focusing on 'money' and 'physical looks' to be a winner of the race. This negatively affects on innocents.
