Wrong, Egalitarianism is the belief of everyone being equal. Feminism is no longer about women's rights, but merely women wanting to have special privileges over men, which they do now, because of Feminism. Self defense laws favor women, women usually make out well when it comes to divorce, men have to pay alimony EVEN after divorce, and the list goes on. Also, I find it hilarious that you never denied being too emotionally invested in what I have to write. You just resorted to calling me appalling.
What planet are you living on? Care to list the "special privileges" women now have? Self-defense laws favor women, how, exactly? Particularly given the ongoing epidemic of domestic violence, 98+% of which is perpetrated by men on women?
http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/5959776Women earn 78 cents for every $1 earned by a man, are far more likely to be poor, are far more likely to end up poor and caring for kids in the wake of a divorce, and, well, Massachusetts and ended its archaic alimony law way back in 2012.
I think you're just bitter that, clearly, the female population has your number and avoids you like the plague. It's gotta suck to go through life really, truly believing you're entitled to
sex just because you've bought a girl dinner a few times.
That's a complete myth and the Huffington Post is very liberally biased. Women usually choose to go into social sciences, which pay less. More women are prone to be teachers rather than engineers. Which career do you think pays better? In my home state of Maryland where they are heavily against self defense, they even make an exception, but only if you're a woman. How often does the man come out on up when it comes to divorce, or when it comes to getting custody of his children? Also, thank you for the good laugh, I'll be thinking about that after I get my doctorate and I'm making $80,000 plus a year.
Duuuuuuuuude. American enterprise institute is a right-leaning think tank... waaaay more biased than the HuffPo which, you know, employs fact-checkers.
YouTube clips? Really? Really?
You may as well have written "here's one anecdotal story that completely negates an entire history of misogyny and abuse against women in the ENTIRE HISTORY OF HUMAN EXISTENCE".
If you are going to fling data about, why not refer to the U.S. census?
http://www.jec.senate.gov/public/_cache ... pendix.pdfOr the nice people at the CDC for stats on violence against women:
http://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/s ... urces.htmlWomen earn less than men, even after controlling for things like the profession they chose to enter, years of work experience (to take into account mat leave, leaving workforce to care for kids, etc) and the like.
Cite some real data, if you can find any.
(Blaming feminists and "alpha males" cuz women avoid you like the plague because you're, umm, rage-y and vile is such a cliche).
