The thread is more about how women can tell who are the single guys they know IRL might be admirers by FB hints.


Oh, btw, another hint for ladies: when a single guy asks your for your FB after a brief conversation(s) with him - it is exactly the equivalent to a single guy asks for your phone number in the old days = interested.

Do horny guys who only want to f**k, but socially interact out of necessity, count as "admirers"? Cause if not you could cut numbers by like 90%.
But I sure wish I knew what it's like to have admirers. Must be nice getting so much attention. Attention heaven, everyone trying to kiss my ass... never running out of people I can talk to... and many ass-kissers have a high tolerance for bullcrap if they just want to get into somebody's pants. Heh heh heh... I suppose telling them bullcrap is a good way to find out if they just want sex.
At the same time I don't like too much attention and value honesty, so... it's alright the way it is.

Which only works if you've got somewhat open privacy settings, ie you're willing to accept messages from non-already-your-friends-on-FB.

Oh come on, again with this horny guys thing; give some credit to decent guys.
I am talking about guys they know IRL and I am sure most wp gals here aren't of the types who would surround themselves this type of guys.
Online horny guys who try to add every female on fb are not to be counted.

Yes, you can keep your fb open to be viewed/searcheable while making it very private - my fb is searcheable by the public but they can't see my timeline/friends/info before adding them as friends, only the pic and name.

The more active I am being IRL the less time I have to waste on FB. Thus I don't actively post statuses of what I am doing IRL but its not a lack of IRL activity it is a matter of not putting much of it on FB. Just like any other site FB is something I do when I am not doing something else.

I have no FaceBook account or whatsoever.
WP is only one I'm using for socializing with people.

How come?
