They do say that opposites attract.

yeah, so i don't think i will completely swear off on autistic women ever again, its just a reminder of what to discuss and bring up very early on before becoming exclusive with someone, but yeah, i will always envy and resent people who got to date and have a long-term relationship in their 20s, not everyone gets to be in love very young in life.

Envy is fair enough, but resenting the people themselves isn't sensible.

Resenting the fact that you missed out on having a long-relationship in your teens and 20s despite a vigorous desire to do so, and living in a society where you're relentlessly subjected to reminders of what you missed out on, on the other hand, is totally understandable.

i get more angry whenever people say its never too late, it just doesn't feel as natural or as fun when you are older though

I am in my early 30's and FINALLY found someone so there's still hope for you and others too!! !

Don't give up and trust the process!

The process is working for you even if it doesn't seem that way

Also, it is NEVER too late to find love

My friend and neighbor Glenn first got married at 39 years old then remarried in his 50's or 60's

Hate to say this but it is a fact, you cannot predict, when these things go forward and for a bonding, or any kinda relationship .
A 63 yr guy, that I have known for years , finally found someone..Also in her Sixties ,, he pretty much gave up , when his one and only decided to be someones elses, one and only in 2008 ..Now, it took awhile but its 2024 ,and after hearing about her..they seem well matched, but she is3 yrs older than him. :nerdy: ....think they got it going on .. He ran a 16 yr dry cycle till his recent maybe permanent ..Love. Very happy for Him.

That sounds like it was written in the stars! :star:
I'm very happy for that couple!

I met mine when we were both in our 50s.
He was worth the wait.
Funny how the universe works.

People can find lovers at any age, but many who are interested in dating would regard missing out on the experience while young as a serious loss. While finding someone in the present is the best possible outcome from here, and having something positive to focus on in the domain of romance may detract attention from woes of the past, those grievances will probably always still linger in the background, ready to re-emerge at the whim of unfortunate circumstances.

You might want to look into vaginal dilators. Talk to a gynecologist about this.

i assume you had boyfriends in your 20s, but yes, its normal or common for many people to regard not having had your first relationship in your young formative years as a serious loss that can never be recovered. Nature can feel like an injustice that more men than women remain chronically alone like that
