I can't even count the number of Christians whose core views on God and family I totally agree with -- and some of these people I've never personally met, but have only read their views, and I agree completely with what they described. I'm a mainline conservative Christian; I don't even have a denomination.

And, BTW, I wouldn't in a million years want to lead my own congregation.
However, I am a
member of a congregation, and we all hold the same core beliefs, and we discuss them in detail amongst ourselves every week. We're very open about our doctrines and the science/logic behind them. Far from simply and lazily deciding to conform, we think out and question each view, and explore it fully.
It just cracks me up how ignorant you people are about me!
