Honestly, I would skip the military and look for something else. You're always going to be treated like a second class citizen, even if they do let gays into the military, and the pay and benefits are horrible and getting worse. There's a lot more opportunity out there in the private sector, law enforcement, etc.

I have some attraction to females, so I can easily fake being straight. My father has experience with the military, and the Army still has excellent pay and benefits so long as I stay single. It's just bad if you plan on having a stable relationship. I don't even have to go near combat, just take a simple test and do what they say. They'll pay for my college, my trips, and retirement. Seeing how my dad got 151/160 on their aptitude test because he missed one question the second time they made him take it, I should have no trouble. My genetics are pretty good.

You could always 'date' the lesbians... it'd provide cover for both of you. :lol:
