Yep me too. I do this all the time and mostly don't notice it till you see them react badly then you think over what was just said and you realize it was cutting in it's honesty. The residual feeling that I'm a jerk lurks in the aftermath. It just doesn't occur to my to lie and I don't always shut up in time.
