I've never had a real kiss. I did kiss a girl as part of a first grade dare, but that doesn't count.

I was 16...and I thought it was the most amazing thing I'd ever experienced.

Since then, that feeling has probably only been matched/beaten thanks to the second girl I kissed, when I was 17...which was also my last. =/

19.

My most memorable kiss wasn't until this year, might have been the end of the last. At a bar with the man I was with and a couple of friends.

I just had my first proper kiss this past Tuesday, at the age of 30.

It was far less awkward than I thought it would be, actually.

Your post gives me hope, seeing as how I'm 28 & still haven't had a real kiss.

I'd say "keep the faith, something will happen eventually" - but that would be somewhat hypocritical of me, considering countless people told me variations of that before I had my first kiss and I never believed them ;)

Still, I can honestly say that I never really had any prior long-term plans to kiss the person I ended up kissing, so what I will say is this: for me, it really did fall out of the sky onto my lips :)

19, every single one of those air miles travelled, totally worth it.

My first kiss was a french kiss with tongue.

First French kiss was disgusting. I still hate open mouth kissing. I used to know a chick who when she was drunk would make it happen whether I liked it or not.

As for first kiss . . . sixth grade and she was two years older. It was some sort of picnic that a friend of friend's family had. The girl liked me. I didn't really know what to do.

Come to think of it . . . there's a common thread with those two stories, isn't there?

It was almost a year ago, in a gazebo, at eleven at night. We were skipping a movie.
It was a first for both of us, and it was incredibly sloppy.
We're still together, actually, a fact that I never fail to point out.

A girl kissed me when I was in first grade. The next time I kissed the girl that I was dating during my senior year of high school. Two girls kissed me on my 18th birthday.

I was 19, and we had just finished watching a movie. There was a thunderstorm outside. I was so socially naive back then. As soon as we had finished kissing I pretty much jumped right in there and bluntly stated "So we're going out now? (a.k.a. boyfriend/girlfriend)". I didn't really have any concept that there could be anything in between.

I think it was really sudden for him, but fortunately he liked me enough to go along with it.
