you are making excuses. This is NT of the Asper. You will find ways of why you can't further your relationship with her. What you and others need to learn is that it is simply a matter of doing. Putting yourself out there. Men have gone to wars and died for countries (out of their own ignorance) and you cant even ask a girl out? Think about it. Its just communication with a being from another planet, it isn't like you are thrown into a death ring or anything

Yes, I know. It's like jumping off a height - even if you have a parachute/bungie cable/etc, there's still the last psychological barrier to overcome. But saying and doing are two different things. I am mindful of the fact that it's easy to make excuses, and I'm kicking myself about the delay. If I am making excuses, then at least I'm only hesitating rather than talking myself out of it (as has happened before). I have every intention of following through.

*meaning, it would be insensitive right now (remember what I said about her being compassionate to a fault? She's too caught up in what's happening with others to think about herself). Once the dust settles.

It's fine.

if you wait too long, she will think you reconsidered, or that she misunderstood! DO IT!

So, what are you going to do on your date? You should do something interesting. If not now, then next time.

Ok, so i'm really far behind on this one!

Sparx139 - First off, Congrats! Second, how are things? Are you two now a couple or still friends? I would love to hear how that last few months have played out for you.
