Heh... I'm very much like the original poster in my curiosity over the feelings of these people who fall in love and get married. I've met a few women that I've really liked, and they make me sense that emptiness... that there's a higher emotional feeling that I haven't experienced, and I really want to know more. I once heard that your relationship with your spouse would be greater than your love for your parents... at the time, I thought that was completely ridiculous, because I love my parents tremendously. Now, however, I think I'm beginning to understand.

It's funny, because I've only ever been to one wedding myself... also as a cameraman. Last summer, an acquaintance who works where I work and went to college with me asked me to do the video for her wedding. I was really nervous because I had to pay really close attention at the rehearsal to understand what was going on, because I didn't want to admit it was my first wedding. Being a video guy, I feel like my line of work lets me be surrounded by people, without the fear of being approached. I can "hide" behind the camera and observe things in my own way.
