Sometimes I can stop feeling. Feelings are so weird anyway and nebulous - if I just don't think about them much they go away. There's no making sense of them anyway. They're like riddles that don't have answers. Getting really involved in my obsessions helps, like Asp-Z said.

Yeah, I find I can often disconnect from my feelings because a lot of the time I need to make a conscious effort to connect to them in the first place.
