For one thing, women are somewhat more intelligent than men, so to create a realistic woman you would have to make it smarter than you who would be creating it. And creating anything smarter than yourself is a sure-fire path to bad s**t happening. Cases in point: V.I.K.I., GLaDOS, Skynet, and X.A.N.A.

This "accidentally sentient AI apocalypse" BS needs to stop. Hollywood doesn't know the first thing about computer science. Serious researchers (ones with jobs) know that you would have to intentionally design an algorithm that mimics ambition for any of those acronym AIs to even start to become possible.
