what if your partner is a drug dealer who earns a lot of money but just uses you for sex and as a punching bag?
i'd be pretty damn unhappy then.

maybe its just all the horrible stuff ive been exposed to in life already but a drug dealing sadist is a fixable problem. hence my hatred for emos no matter what life throws at you it can be fixed, though the solution might not be ideal the problem can be delt with.

i do kind of agree.
no point being all 'woe is me' forever, if you want things to get better, you have to MAKE it happen.
i get my depressed times but i never give up!

exactly thats why you dont see no emo adults. slicing your thigh might get you attention in high school but its not gonna stop your landlord from kicking you out when you dont have rent

People eventually develop more skilful ways of dealing with their issues. Hopefully. Or they drink more.

I find the term "douche emos" to be redundant. People can call me judgmental for this, but the truth is, people who align themselves with the emo movement stereotype THEMSELVES, and I just point it out. People who actually know what it's like to fall on hard times aren't going to go around letting it make up their whole identity and boast about it. I grew up poor, abused, and underprivileged as f**k, but I do my best to get by instead of turning it into a fashion show.

On the other hand, I find it annoying when people accuse people of being emo when they don't even call themselves that, listen to emo, or buy into the emo trend at all. If someone is truly depressed they don't WANT to be depressed.

Dammit, why does the guy have to be tall dark and handsome, while at the same time "gentlemen prefer blondes"?

Let's hear it for the guys who are tall pale and blond. Who are they supposed to marry if all their women pine for dark completioned guys with black hair?
