I think some people can't see that for some people, sex is just sex and there is no other attachment there; so they have trouble understanding how some people can get enjoyment out of it.

I have been in the person developed feelings and were devastated that because of that i wouldn't have sex with them anymore. This can be an issue for some FWB. I have also heard that this outcome is common from other people i know. So it is probably better to look outside your close friends incase someones feelings get hurt.

Many people with ASD simply can't live with others, so open/casual relationships are ideal in most circumstances.

Do you think Aspies can have a sex friend? Do you think it would be a good thing for them to have a non emotional relationship like that?

I'm considering it thought I'd much rather be with a girl I love and who loves me but I wouldn't know how to go about that anyway.

I've noticed that sex friendships only happen to the very good-looking people.

Is it a trend? A new thing? The Romans were famous for their bacchanalia.

Do these encounters look like this at all:

I don't think it's becoming a trend I just think it's becoming more socially acceptable to talk about in public and after all it's just fun. I know some people attach bigger meaning to it but if you're being safe and doing it safely, what does it matter who you bang?

And I thought you needed a six pack, to be taller than 1m75 and be a total macho.

In my experience being a gentleman doesn't really work with girls they find it weird... Maybe the fact that I'm only 1m74 tall and dress in a kind of classy but old fashioned way doesn't help...

I always thought that a "girlfriend" was a friend (someone who loves you unconditionally and has your back) that a guy was sexually intimate with. I've been told that I'm wrong, and I'm not sure I get it. What's the difference between that and a f**kbuddy?

The difference is you are intimate with other things with a girlfriend. a f**k buddy you simply f**k and leave.

That's not really a friend, then, just an aquaintance. Everyone I consider a "friend", I'm emotionally intimate with...or at least I try to be.

I guess having a female friend with benefits would be the best thing for me, as I am quite certain that no woman this planet would be able to put up with me in a relationship. Alas, all of my female friends are in relationships, and I even if they were not, I think just approaching them to ask if they wanted to have sex with me every once in a while would be a little... desruptive for our friendship (besides the fact that they had to put up with the questionable honour of being my first.)

Girlfriends are for long term relationships, the people you might want to marry later on and have children with and wake up seeing their face every day of your life.
