hmm, according to that list, i should be prime bait to any woman (the only point i really miss is being proud of my clean house; since i'm too lazy to clean ;)), yet i notice nothing of the sort.
although that second list is only true on half a point; being left alone, but the moment for that is wrong again (on the list)...

Well I read the article and that did not sound appealing at all....for one I doubt a guy like that would even want to bother with me and that is just not all that attractive to me.

I am fairly convinced that is the worst website ever...I mean it also says all guys want is sex, and more sex......I think there is a bit of a ridiculously ignorant bias going on in that site.

This article promotes extreme hypergamy.

Hypergamy is the enemy #1 of gender equality, but even most feminists aren't getting that.

Hypergamy leads to more patriarchy, to more male dominion and to less productivity from the females (at least in the business world).

Equality cannot only be achieved by setting quotas and laws but also by fighting the hypergamic mentality in the society.

I dont Ricky has done a bad thing, but he cant seem to understand that a lot of people do not see love and romance as a business deal and have a list of things as someone would bring when buying a new car or something.

And I think the woman who wrote it is a bit of a drongo, she is claiming to represent women and what they want, and actually she doesnt.

This is what I thought you meant when you said signs of a high value man ^

He must be well off if he can afford to do that in his spare time.

That's either a lie, or you have an... eccentric taste in men.

Anyways, as other men have already stated; that is so not me. Except for the fact that I make a point out of studying to get a job I can be passionate about, and I don't have a problem with being aloof towards individuals in an unfamiliar setting. That's more an aspie trait than a personality trait though.
As for sleeping on the first night, I wouldn't really know...
