I would end it. I'm super straight. XD And it would really bug me because they didn't tell me. I'd get paranoid they were hiding other stuff from me.

Wouldn't care. I fell in love with who they were, why would I care if they didn't feel the gender they physically were?

I'd probably be shocked at first, but if the "trans" was good enough to fool me into being attracted... I'd give it a try...

...well, unless her clitoris was bigger than my penis! :P

Uh, yeah it is. It's actually quite ingenious how the transformations are done. Absolutely no tissue is "wasted".

don't care what equipment they were born with. what i care about is what they feel inside and how they want to express themselves sexually. to me there is something beautiful about people whose outward body an inner self do not necessarily align. or people who don't put their gender, sexuality or preferences into predefined boxes. i am drawn to them especially.

Oh, definitely. There's just something about ftm transsexuals...

I should shut up now.

I'm sorry, it so isn't. It used to be a vagina. And it's sterile.

if a burn victim has tissue from his thigh that is grafted to replace burned skin on his forehead, would you say it's not a real forehead?

it's not what the sexual parts are made of that matters to me, it's the intent behind how they will be used.

never mind surgical changes... if a woman really feels she is a man and senses in her mind that she should have been born with a penis, and she pulls on a strap-on dick that she feels represents that penis, then that penis is as real as any other. just like a prosthetic limb.

Sorry, I still disagree. :P
The forehead would be real because it's the bone. I don't think a strap on is a penis, either.
You believe the intent makes the sexual organ, I believe the biology does. We can agree to disagree!

No. The bits I may be able to handle. The following would be an issue though:

Skull shape (yes, I can tell). Hands shape.
MtF - Hairy back/chest/face: potential stubble (not a fan of this in WtW either)
Voice - not a fan of fake Michal Jackson voices
Excessive femininity - don't care much for this in women either

Since I really want to have biological children (as opposed to adoption), this situation would be untenable from the start. I know science can do wonders with conception these days, but it's not the same.
