Now all that's left to do is soak it in milk for an hour, coat it in breadcrumbs, and fry it up on a pan. It'll taste pretty good.

I really like sushi, but I just can't see myself eating raw liver. It's a filtering organ, after all.

Poutine is nothing like raw liver 0_o It's fries with gravy and cheese curls on it, ketchup if you're weird like me.
I was lucky he wasn't grossed out by my meal though, it was a mass of sauce and fries :P
