I don't like love songs. Most are overly sappy, full of lines of BS and packed with idealistic (unrealistic) ideas that I believe make a lot of people think they're missing out on something. I mean, kudos to those who enjoy them, but mostly they just irriate me. :eew:

Are you talking about more modern love songs or stuff from the '20s? I can agree that modern "love songs" are BS attempts by some dude in a band to get laid by some woman, but some of the older stuff would be alright, were it not for what I said earlier (being that love songs remind me of my lack of a love)

If it is in a rock song I do not care. I usually am not paying close attention to the lyrics in those songs anyway.
