The OP says people think he is ugly, clearly despite the mask, he is not ugly.

I suspect it is the old stone face issue, and/or he is missing social cues. Someone gives him a brief smile, he does not smile back. Or a friendly nod, no reaction.

You get back what you give out. If NTs see you not responding, they then assume YOU don't like them and then they don't like you.

Then there is small talk, if you don't do small talk well or at all, again, people assume you don't like them and then they write you off.

Just saying...the face is probably not the issue here. Such social skills can be practiced and with positive feedback will improve...even if it isn't natural to one.

Tough Diamond you are funny!

Well I'd still had these doubts before what I am about to tell you happened but I guess that really made me all the more befuddled. I met this person then we went on a date, as soon as sees me, he says he's got a really bad stomachache and must go home, I founded nothing to doubt about but then he ignored both the emails I sent him asking him if he was okay, so I asume he made that up. I mean, he said he founded me a very pleasent person, personality was definitely not it, we knew eachother pretty well over email and the phone. I mean what did I do wrong? - I have concocted a lot of theories, they all seem as plausible as they do implausible

No I don't think I would.
I think I am just going to cut people out, I find my own company sufficient. Besides not many people are into asexual people. People are too sex driven for me to understand them.
Besides it is usually one or the other, either they don't like me or they are just looking for sex and I don't just go trowing my cat at everyone that passes by. Not that I have had that many experiences to make such judgement but I don't think I want to gain the experience, cutting people out it is.

Ah. No need to go that far :) try the Adult discussion board here.
Plenty of asexual folk congregate there, as well as people more understanding of those needs.

Not promiscuous =/= asexual

You're right, I assumed because I misread the post he quoted. Makes sense now.

I wanted to mention this because I've made the mistake as an asexual of thinking it would be easier with someone who wasn't into casual sex-
at the end of the day, sexuals are sexuals, regardless of their mores, and perhaps it's made even more difficult, relationally, with someone who isn't promiscuous because they seem to place that much more emphasis on sex in a relationship.
