If its distance to the point of air travel, I doubt I would, too impractical to work. Apart from that, I'd be pretty open to the idea with the right person.

I don't see this as one question, but two: "Would you date someone with an ASD?" and "Would you date someone you met online?". I answer both of these questions with "why not?".

As to how to go about it, allow me to quote Yoda - "do or do not, there is no try". If you've met someone and really click with them, you've had meet-ups, and you've got to a point where you want to take it further then ask yourself this question... Is it worth it? If it is, then then grow a pair and do it.

I have a dead profile on aspieaffection, but mostly because I didn't use it, not that there was no hope.

I would definitely date a WP member, and I would certainly relocate!

Definitely. No one lives near me that I know of. I would be more than willing to move, if someone had a place for me. I can't support myself at all, soo....

To answer the question though... yes provided it works.

Currently dating a WP member, who lives thousands of miles away from me...

This makes the third autistic person I've dated, the third person I've dated who I originally met online - the autism factor has it's problems, but of course has it's benefits too. The WP member is the only one I've dated from WP, but he's dated other WP members...which is a bit uncomfortable.

About WP... well, the logistics wouldn't work out. But if they did, I'd have nothing against meeting up with someone and see how things went from there.

I would be willing to date a fellow WP'er (assuming I met the right person) although I have been more of a lurker than a poster, something that I would have to remedy I'd imagine...

I don't see it as more improbable than dating someone outside of WP. I've never dated anyone ever, though. Just no girl has been like "HI YOU'RE SO HOT I WANNA DATE YOU RIGHT NOW" to me here or anything like that, and I've not done similar to any girls here, so....yeah.

Well when u get that job and make it rich, look me up. rofl

This. I live in Brazil. It is almost impossible to find brazilians in English-speaking forums.

Could that possibly be because Brazilians generally don't speak much English?

Also, have you tried Portuguese forums? (Brazilian) Portuguese being the language of Brazil and all?
